To search for homes on your own, http://www.grar.com is a great site. It pulls data from the local MLS. Sites like Zillow have lots of information, but the accuracy and reliability of their data is not guaranteed. Also, they report that it can take 24-48 hours to update or add information.
You can also download the Home Scouting App. This app gets it’s data directly from the MLS as well so it should always have accurate and up-to-date information. Create an account and if you use my VIP code (616-706-8104) you’ll have the ability to search for homes like an agent does.
